This recipe makes 15 – 20 balls, depending on size
- 1 cup of Medjool dates
- 3/4 of a cup of Almonds
- 3/4 of a cup of Walnuts or any other nut
- 2 tablespoons of Nutiva chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon of Nutiva coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of Amazing Grass Watermelon Organic Green Superfood Energy
- Blend the almonds, walnuts, ground flax seed and chia seeds in a food processor for about a minute. The mixture formed will resemble flour and the nuts will be crumbled.
- Pit the dates and add all the remaining ingredients to the mixture.
- Blend for another minute until a stick dough forms..
Use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls, place in an air-tight container and store in the fridge for freshness.
