Herbal Boosts for 2017

Christmas is officially over sadly but I bet you all over indulged like the rest of us during the festive period. Now we’re heading into the New Year we need to focus on giving ourselves a boost to get us ready to party and begin the New Year in style! Our body is like a battery which requires a charge every day so it’s essential to prepare and recharge on a daily basis.

Our body contains a numerous amount of cells which operate in sync to keep the body living, breathing and healing every day. Each of these cells acts as a little battery providing energy in the form of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP).  As the New Year draws closer, it’s essential to get party ready. Don’t worry as here we will be sharing some key tips with a variety of herbal boosts to prepare you for an exciting year ahead.

Antioxidant boost

Start off by feeding your body with an antioxidant overload by using Nature’s Answer ORAC Super 7 which provides 4,530mg of Proprietary Bio-Active blend per serving with 50mg of added Green Tea Extract. Antioxidants act to neutralize dangerous free radicals and can bring balance to the body. It is important to obtain these from our dietary intake but sometimes this can be difficult. This is where nutritional supplements should be used to boost up our antioxidant intake.  Although antioxidants do not directly contribute to energy, they can play a role in helping boost your immunity and keep you energised!

Boost your energy with Jarrow’s Tribulus complex which is a blend of standardised Ayurvedic extracts containing Ashwagandha and Rhodiola which are adaptogenic herbs that may support endurance. With added Andrograph which are herbs that may support the immune system and help stress and added green tea extract to support overall health and may help support the strength of blood vessels.

Remember nourish your body with nutrients!
